It is not to be understood as a provisional professional practice permit or recognition of license to practice.
Nationals of the European Union (EU) as well as Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Switzerland may take up employment in Germany without having to obtain permission for employment (unrestricted freedom of movement for workers).
